The initial consulltation takes 45-60 minutes, as it is critical to attain all relevant medical and personal history of the patient.  Other factors, such as sleep, diet, digestion, and family medical history are also taken into account.

Follow-up consulltations take 20-30 minutes, as the patient’s background is already accounted for.  These consulltations focus more on the progress of the patient.
